Refunds/Exchanges
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the email receipt or order confirmation.
To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at support@plr5ive.com. Please include your name, order number in your email and reason for the return. Upon approval, you will receive an email with postage instructions. Please note that returns will need to be sent (at your own cost) to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
We recommend any returns or exchanges posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Upon confirmation via email, we will ask you to return the item to us (initially at your cost) and we will reimburse you these postage costs. You will have the option of an exchange or refund on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Sale items
We are unable to offer refunds on sale items, however we can offer a credit note which can be used against future purchases.
